She is a member of both the Academy of Dental Management Consultants and the Society for Human Resource Management, holding the Professional in Human Resources certification (PHR) from the later. She currently teaches at Hancock College in Santa Maria, CA.,and speaks annually to the graduates of the college's RDA program.
