Here’s how it works:

During the initial orientation phone conference, we will establish the scope of your project, your office’s team leader, and a working timeline. These specifics determine your anticipated completion date.

You and your team review and make changes to the pages of your SOPs book (and/or write new SOPs), then mail them to Freeman & Associates—in pre-paid mailers provided by us—where we create the digital versions for your review. We have found that offices struggle most with this initial paper to digital transcription. Finding the people and hours necessary to update the original Word files is challenging and often slows progress. We eliminate this bottleneck.

We email formatted Word files to you for printing and review. You and your staff make final corrections and changes, and then return them to us (small changes can be returned via fax).

This process repeats as you work through the book, SOPifying each department. Relieved of data entry, your staff’s time and effort is focused on generation and review, putting pencil to paper within your scheduled meetings. This is the smoothest implementation of SOPs available.

Once all the SOPs are written, reviewed, and finalized, we produce and send you your finished Standard Operating Procedures Manuals (two to four 3-inch binders are not uncommon!), ready to ensure efficiency and accountability in your practice.
